Every price is fixed before the work starts and holds unless the scope changes. Anything outside a package is quoted by the hour, in writing, first.

- What does it cost each month after launch?
- With the one-time price, Site Care is optional. It costs $99 a month for updates, backups, security and uptime checks, or $179 a month with an hour of edits and a monthly report. Your domain and hosting are billed in your name by the companies that provide them. On the $0-down plan, $149 a month covers hosting and Site Care, for at least 12 months.
- Do I own the site?
- Yes. The domain and every account are in your name, and you have the logins. Nothing is locked to us.
- Can you move my domain and my email?
- We can move the domain if you want to. Your email stays where it is. We change only what the website needs, so mail keeps arriving during the switch.
- How long does it take?
- About two weeks from the first call to a live site, once we have what we need from you.
- What do you need from me?
- One call to start. Then your logo and any photos, the text you have (or notes we can shape into it), your hours and the areas you serve, and access to your domain. You check every page before it goes live.
- Will it show up on Google?
- We set up your Google Business Profile, the page titles and the structured data search engines read. Rankings take time, and nobody can promise them.
