Two people. Both on every job.
27 Colab is Jesus Vasquez, engineering, and Elizabeth Mendoza, marketing, brand and CRM. The people you meet are the people who do the work.
We're a two-person studio in Weston, Florida. Agencies hire us for the WordPress work they sell and don't have hands for. Founders hire us to take an app they built with AI to production. Nobody else does the work: no juniors, no hand-offs.
Jesus Vasquez · engineering
Jesus builds it. He spent 4 years on a North American pet insurer's marketing site and quote-and-purchase funnel: the move from WordPress to headless Next.js, experiments, consent, speed and accessibility, with the tests that kept it changing safely. Before and alongside that: 60+ client sites and stores on WordPress and WooCommerce since 2013. One platform he has run for seven years, the same client throughout. A lien-search order platform wired to county records and QuickBooks. A bilingual AI voice agent that writes leads into Salesforce. On a retainer he's your fractional CTO.

Elizabeth Mendoza · marketing, brand and CRM
Elizabeth leads the plan and the story. She walks into founder-led businesses where the marketing is scattered and the systems don't talk to each other, finds the structural problem, and fixes brand, systems and operations as one thing. She builds brands from the name up, writes investor decks and offering memoranda, and leads CRM work in Salesforce and Copper. At a Miami commercial real-estate brokerage she led marketing for ~40 agents and grew the email programme from 4 → 31 campaigns a quarter at a 21% open rate. On a retainer she's your fractional CMO.

How we work
- A written scope, a fixed price and a date before any work. The price holds unless the scope changes.
- Everything lives in your accounts: code, hosting, domains, tracking. Leaving us costs nothing.
- Every change ships with a preview link and test steps you can follow yourself.
- Strict TypeScript, lint gates, end-to-end tests and accessibility checks in CI. This site is built the same way.
Where and how
Weston, Florida, Eastern time. By video, and in person across Miami–Fort Lauderdale when a meeting beats a call. We work in English and Spanish. You contract with 27 Colab LLC: one vendor, one invoice. Prices are on the agencies and founders pages; anything outside a fixed scope is quoted by the hour, in writing, first.
