Automation
Your processes, automated by people who run one.
One workflow at a time:a process map. integrations. AI agents. an AI receptionist. a care plan.
Two days with the people who do the work, and a fixed quote.
For established businesses where work is re-typed from one tool to the next and calls go unanswered. One workflow mapped in two days, then the integrations and agents to run it.
Where this usually breaks
- Orders come in by email, get typed into a spreadsheet, then typed again into QuickBooks.
- Leads land in an inbox and reach the CRM when someone has time.
- The CRM is full of duplicates, so everyone keeps their own list.
- Calls go unanswered after hours, or while the team is out with clients.
- The weekly report takes someone most of a day, copied out of several tools.
- You bought software to fix this, and the team went back to the spreadsheet.
How it works
We start with one workflow, not a transformation programme. The process map is one to two days with the people who do the work: where information is re-typed or lost, which systems should be talking, and what fixing it pays back. You get the map, a fixed quote for the build, and the map's fee credited to it.
The build connects the tools you already pay for and adds an AI agent only where it does a job reliably: answering the phone, qualifying a lead, entering a listing, drafting a document for a person to approve. Every agent says it is an AI and hands off to a person when it should.
What you end up with
- One workflow that runs without anyone re-typing anything, with the records in the system that owns them.
- SOPs and a trained team, so the automation doesn't depend on us.
- A weekly report that pulls from every system into one view.
- A person to call when a tool changes, if you want that.
What it costs
- Process map
- $2,500
- One to two days with the people who do the work. You get the workflow, every system it touches, what fixing it pays back, and a fixed quote for the build.
- Integrations and AI agents
- $80–150 an hour
- QuickBooks, Salesforce, HubSpot, Make.com and custom code, with an AI agent only where it does a job reliably and hands off to a person when it should. Quoted from the map, in writing.
- Care plan
- $500–1,500 a month
- The integrations monitored and patched, the SOPs kept current, and a person to call when a tool changes its API.
- Fractional CTO
- From $5,000 a month
- About a day a week of senior engineering leadership for a company that has outgrown ad-hoc fixes: the roadmap, the vendors, the hires.
Every price is fixed before the work starts and holds unless the scope changes. Anything outside a package is quoted by the hour, in writing, first.
Questions
- Do we have to replace our current software?
- Usually not. We start from the tools you already pay for and connect them. We suggest a new tool only when the map shows the current one can't do the job.
- Do you work with QuickBooks?
- Yes. We built QuickBooks Online into an order platform. Customers sync when their profile is saved, every order creates an estimate, and the estimate becomes an invoice when the report is final.
- Do you work with HubSpot or Salesforce?
- Elizabeth has led HubSpot and Copper implementations, including HubSpot scheduling and CRM for a law firm. Most of our custom integration work has been in Salesforce, QuickBooks and Make.com.
- Will an AI agent talk to our customers on its own?
- Only within limits you set. Every agent we build says it is an AI, hands off to a person when it should, and anything that goes out under your name has a review step.
- Is Andii the same as a custom agent?
- No. Andii is our product, an AI receptionist with a monthly price. For a company with its own CRM and rules we build an agent into the systems it already runs on; the voice agent for a Miami brokerage was one.
- Do you come on site?
- The process map works best in the room with the people who do the work. In South Florida we come to you; elsewhere it runs over two half-days on video with a shared screen, or we travel if the workflow needs it.
- What happens after it's built?
- We write the SOPs and train your team so they own it. If you want us to keep it running, the care plan covers monitoring, patches and the next tool that changes.
