For agencies
Your overflow WordPress developer.
Fixed-price WordPress work:tracking rebuilds. Core Web Vitals. landing pages. accessibility audits. overflow.
GA4, Tag Manager and consent mode, set up once, properly.
Fixed-price WordPress outcomes for agencies that sell the work and need someone to build it. Eastern time, in your tools, under your brand if you want.
Where this usually breaks
- Tracking that lies: GA4 and Tag Manager fire twice, or not at all, and the client's report says so.
- Elementor pages that fail Core Web Vitals, so paid clicks land on a slow page.
- An accessibility demand letter with a deadline and no plan.
- Plugin rot: updates nobody dares to run, and a site that breaks when someone does.
- Forms that never reach the CRM, and nobody notices for a week.
How it works with an agency
You keep the client. We work in your project tool and your Slack, under your brand if you want, and invoice the agency. Every job starts with a written scope and a fixed price, and ends with a short record of what changed and how to check it.
Most work fits a package above. What doesn't, we quote by the hour with the estimate in writing first.
What you get with every job
- A staging copy before anything touches the live site.
- Tracking, speed and accessibility checked before we hand back, with the numbers.
- Notes your team can follow next time, not a dependency on us.
What it costs
- Tracking rebuild
- $1,500–2,500
- GA4, Google Tag Manager and consent mode set up once, properly, with a test plan the client can rerun.
- Core Web Vitals pass
- $1,200–2,500
- The page meets Google's thresholds, checked on real-visitor data where there is enough, with before-and-after numbers in writing.
- Landing page
- $900–1,800
- Built in the client's theme or builder, tracked, fast and accessible, ready for the campaign.
- Accessibility audit
- $750–1,500
- A WCAG 2.2 AA audit with the fixes ranked by what matters, and a fixed quote to make them.
- Overflow and retainers
- $85–100 an hour
- Tickets, builds, migrations and emergencies, under your brand if you want.
Every price is fixed before the work starts and holds unless the scope changes. Anything outside a package is quoted by the hour, in writing, first.
Questions
- Will you talk to our client?
- Only if you want us to. By default you own the relationship and we work through you, in your tools. If it helps, we join the call as your developer.
- Which builders do you work in?
- Elementor, Divi, Bricks and the block editor, WooCommerce, Gravity Forms and custom themes and plugins. We also host, on Cloudways and cPanel, and handle DNS and SSL.
- Can you take over a site nobody understands?
- Yes. We start with a takeover audit, update the site in a staging copy, and hand back a short written record of what changed.
- How does a fixed price work?
- You send the brief, we answer with a scope, a price and a date. The price holds unless the scope changes, and then we say so before the work.
- Do you work in Spanish?
- Yes, both of us. English and Spanish, for the client's site and for the client.
- Where are you?
- Weston, Florida, on Eastern time. We work with agencies across the US and abroad, and meet in person in South Florida when that helps.
