- Yes. It books appointments from any channel into your calendar, so nothing is double-booked, and sends the confirmation.
- What does it never do?
- It always says it is an AI, records only with consent, honours STOP on texts, and hands off to a person instead of guessing.
- Is this the same as the custom AI work you do for companies?
- No. Andii is a product with a monthly price. For a company with its own CRM and rules we build an agent into the systems it already runs on; the voice agent for a Miami brokerage was one. That work is on the automation page.
