The terms for using this site and the forms on it. Work for clients is covered by its own written agreement, not by this page.
Under attorney review
This page describes what the site does today and is in force as written. An attorney is reviewing it in parallel (Jesus, 2026-10-25); if the review changes the wording, the date at the top changes with it.
Who we are
27colab.com is run by 27 Colab LLC, a two-person studio in Weston, Florida. "We" on this site means Elizabeth Mendoza and Jesus Vasquez. You can reach us at hello@27colab.com.
Using this site
You may read and link to anything on the site. The text, case studies and figures are ours; quote them with a link back. Don't copy pages wholesale, scrape the site, or try to break into it or the forms.
What the site says
The site describes what we do and what it costs. Prices on it are starting points: the price you pay is the one in your written proposal. Case studies describe work we did for real clients, with names used by permission or as public record. Nothing here is legal, financial or security advice for your situation.
The forms
When you send us a message, join a waitlist or ask for a report, you're asking us to reply. What we store and for how long is in the privacy policy. Don't send us secrets, passwords or anyone else's personal data through the site.
Text messages (SMS)
Published ahead of the attorney pass
Carriers require these terms to be public before they let a business send text messages (A2P 10DLC registration), so this section is published as soon as Jesus and Elizabeth approve it, without waiting for the attorney's review of the rest of this page.
If you agree to receive text messages from 27 Colab, these terms apply:
- The program. Texts from 27 Colab LLC about your request: replies, confirmations and reminders for calls you booked, and follow-ups on work we're discussing with you. Message frequency varies.
- Consent. You opt in by ticking the unchecked text-message box on our contact form and giving your mobile number, by agreeing on a call with Andii, our AI receptionist, or by replying YES to a text or Instagram message from us. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Costs. Message and data rates may apply, charged by your carrier.
- Stopping. Reply STOP to any message to cancel; you'll receive one confirmation text and nothing more. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@27colab.com.
- Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy. How we handle your number is in the privacy policy: no mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Working with us
Work for a client is governed by a written proposal or agreement between the client and 27 Colab LLC, not by this page. If anything on the site and an agreement differ, the agreement wins.
Links to other sites
We link to other people's sites, products and sources. We don't control them and aren't responsible for what they do or say.
No warranty, limited liability
The site is provided as it is. We try to keep it accurate and available, and we don't promise either. To the extent the law allows, 27 Colab LLC isn't liable for losses that come from using the site or relying on it.
Governing law
These terms follow the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
Changes
When these terms change, the date at the top changes with them.
