An established art mover, rebranded and re-tooled for its new owner
A fine-art logistics company changed owners and needed a brand and systems to match. We rebuilt both, stayed on, and the new owner hired us again for his next ventures.

Years in business when the company changed owners
The situation
ArtMoves moves fine art. In 2022 it changed owners after 35 years in business. The new owner took over an established name, a legacy WordPress site on the old domain and customer records in Monday. The brand, the systems and the sales tools all needed rebuilding.
What we did
- Elizabeth led the rebrand: guidelines, a colour system, a website prototype, then the trucks, vans, uniforms, cards and flyers.
- Jesus took over the legacy WordPress site, worked through its fixes, and moved it to the new domain.
- The site runs on our Cloudways server with security monitoring; Jesus handles updates and security patches.
- In 2023 the engagement became a sprint subscription. Elizabeth designed the CRM process and moved the team from Monday to Copper, and set up Google Business Profile, Ads and tags.
- In 2025 a multi-brand email-signature system: Elizabeth's Figma design, built by Jesus.
What stayed
From the rebrand in 2022 into 2026, on a sprint subscription since 2023. The new owner hired us again for his next ventures, ArtBreak and mydola.
