A brokerage's marketing, from CRM data to campaigns to the phone line
A Miami commercial real-estate brokerage needed its lead flow fixed and its marketing run as a system. Elizabeth led it; Jesus built the AI phone attendant under her direction.

The situation
A Miami commercial real-estate brokerage with about ~40 agents. When Elizabeth joined as Senior Director of Marketing, the lead flow from LoopNet into Salesforce needed repair, a backlog of leads was waiting, and the team had no shared file system. The phone line was part of the brief: a caller asking about a listing should get an answer and end up in Salesforce like any other lead.
What we did
- Elizabeth led a coordinator, a web developer, a VA and a PR agency, and directed the engineering.
- Email grew from 4 → 31 campaigns a quarter; 1.46M sends at a 21% weighted open rate in six months.
- She repaired the LoopNet → Make.com → Salesforce lead flow, reprocessed the backlog and designed deduplication.
- Reporting was rebuilt so a weekly CEO report pulls from Salesforce, Campaign Monitor and ClickUp; GA4 runs with consent mode.
- A flyer system on Claude and Canva drafts listing flyers from templates; a person reviews each before it goes out.
- Jesus built the attendant: Deepgram hears the caller, Claude works out what they need, ElevenLabs answers, in English or Spanish. It searches live listings in Salesforce, logs the lead and texts a flyer before the call ends.
How it held up
The attendant shipped to production. The flyer system went to the coordinator with its review step built in. When Elizabeth's contract ended she handed over every platform she ran, documented.
